Ingredients

In developing GREENROCOCO products, we have taken great care to be in a position to offer consistently high quality. It was clear that this would only be possible by being highly selective in sourcing our ingredients. More than 90% of the raw materials come from controlled organic farms, and we take great efforts to obtain them from small domestic entrepreneurs.

The ingredients of our cosmetic products are cold-pressed, unrefined vegetable oils and butters, herbal extracts and minerals (clays). All ingredients are selected for a specific effect. We use premium quality 100% essential oils, which are produced during distillation or carbon dioxide extraction. Their fragrance is therapeutic in itself.

No two years are the same, with the same weather, sunshine and rainfall. So the character (not the quality) of the raw materials also changes. The colour, smell and chemical composition of the raw material is slightly different every year. We think that’s what makes this work so exciting. Intelligent manufacturing knowledge must be put behind products so that you can make a product of the same quality every time, from ingredients with varying characteristics. Unity is not uniformity. By ‘the same’ we mean quality and a kind of balance.

We use organic, locally-grown ingredients where possible.

All of our products  are 100% toxin free and free from the following harmful ingredients: Aluminum salt, silicone, paraffin, acetone, paraben, SLS, dyes, synthetic fragrances, petroleum-based raw materials, palm oil.

Each formula is biodegradable, and handcrafted from ingredients that have been vetted for purity and potency.

With the exception of our SALVE balm, our products are vegan.
