Rooibos chai tea

A warming chai tea blend made from Ayurvedic spices and fermented rooibos.

Active ingredients: Fermented rooibos, ginger, turmeric, roasted cacao husks, green cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, and cornflower petals.

Sweet and earthy in flavor, and rich in antioxidants. It supports heart health, balanced blood sugar levels, and metabolism. Unlike many other teas, it is low in tannins, allowing for optimal iron absorption.

Használat

Steep one teaspoon (about 1–2 g) of the blend in a cup (250 ml) of hot water for 8–10 minutes, covered, then strain. For a stronger flavor, simmer for 5 minutes. Can also be enjoyed with milk or plant-based milk!
